The Business Description
Gino Mozarelli is designing a computer system to take order for a chain of pizza shops.
Customers dial HOT-FOOD to reach a central switchboard that takes their order and enters it into
a computer system that dispatches it to the nearest of many local shops.
Each pizza ordered can be in one of three sizes: Regular, Large and Humongous.
It can be topped with one or more portions of any of the following toppings:
Extra Cheese, Pepperoni, Ham, Peppers, Pineapple and Mushrooms. Customers can order any
number of the following drinks: Cola, Diet Cola, Uncola, Rootbeer, Unbeer and Coffee.
The customer must provide a phone number, address and optional directions; such as "Go to the back door,
but watch out for the dog."
Customers frequently want to know the price of each item.
They often change their mind about size, quantity, toppings and drinks.
